Personality, professional situation, interests, lifestyle... so many essential criteria in the search for roommates and yet often underestimated. This is why it is essential to ensure relational compatibility at the same time as that of traditional real estate criteria.
Scoring
Points are calculated for each criterion based on the information completed and the validity of the corresponding supporting documents.
Certain criteria do not require supporting documentation to qualify for these points.
On the other hand, for others, points are only awarded if supporting documentation is provided.
Alternating shared accommodation
This functionality allows a work-study student, a professional on the move or a family with alternating childcare, who has unoccupied accommodation over certain periods, to offer it to a tenant looking for accommodation over these same periods.
Thanks to a shared calendar, the occupant of the accommodation can define the periods during which it is available, and the tenant can thus reserve their shared accommodation.
